When you've recorded your podcast episode you'll need to send a support ticket with the following information.
1. Episode name
2. Audio file name in DropBox folder "BlissLife Press - Podcast Episodes"
3. Description of the episode
4. Graphic explanation, suggestion
5. Publication date & time - if any, otherwise as soon as possible
